Shipping & Delivery 

 

We aim to make shipping as fast as possible for our customers, All of our orders are tracked & you will receive confirmation once your order is ready to be shipped 

Please keep a considerable amount of time between placing an order to receiving your order for personal occasions 

Processing & Shipping times

After placing your order please allow 5-10 working days for a custom order to be completed and shipped.
For in hand orders, please allow 1-2 days for a ready made order to be shipped. (please note as of current, all orders custom made)
Please note during holidays delivery times may vary. We advise you order your hair in advance to any occasions to allow time to receive your order.

For Orders In Hand 

We aim to get orders out to you as soon as we possibly can. During inactive times if your order is placed before 2pm we will be dispatched the same (working day) if hair is in stock. If your order during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) your order will be placed the next working day (Monday). If you order after 2pm we will aim to post your order the next working day. 

Uk Shipping 

We use either RoyalMail or FedEx

Please keep into consideration that Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels as quickly as they possibly can, there occasionally be external factors that can affect delivery timescales which we are not responsible for. Royal Mail orders are subject to longer than usual processing times of up to 4 working days. Which we are not responsible for. We provide tracking numbers once Royal Mail has collected and processed orders. 

Tracked 24 Delivery: Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order the next working Saturday including Saturdays. Not including Sundays or holidays.

Tracked 48 Delivery: Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, including Saturday. Not including Sundays or holidays

 

International Shipping

We use either RoyalMail, DHL or UPS

International customers, please be aware of any custom duties or fees that may apply to your order upon reaching your country. We arent held responsible for clearing your order or paying the customs fee if any.

 

It is customers responsibility for putting your correct delivery address on the order. Please email us on our customer service email with the correct delivery address and if we are able to change order details before the order has been dispatched. Please bare in mind that we may not always be able to correct due to circumstances. It is customer’s responsibility for putting the correct delivery address on the order but we will do everything we can to help.
